Pilot Plant R&D

Our pilot facility, with its mobile design, provides great convenience to our customers in terms of portability to the wastewater exit point in their own production areas. Thus, it is possible to connect directly to the exit point of the wastewater and it provides the opportunity to work with the wastewater as a continuous or intermittent system. In our pilot-scale R&D facility, our studies are started by determining the wastewater characterization in order to choose the right and appropriate process according to the type of pollution contained in the wastewater. Jar tests are carried out in order to select the chemical to be used in the wastewater whose characteristics are determined and to determine the appropriate dosage amount. After the jar tests are concluded, process studies are carried out in our pilot scale chemical treatment, filtration and membrane units as a continuous or batch system, and the results are presented to our customers in a final report.
