DRUM SCREEN
They are screens that can be safely applied in domestic wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment plants, leather industry, food industry, paint industry, textile and paper industry. The drum part of the rotary drum screens consists of special triangular bars.
Solid wastes are collected on the outer surface of the drum. This special cross section is almost impossible to clog and the permeability rate is quite high.
The wastes collected on the outer surface of the screen drum are scraped with the help of a scraper blade and discharged to the collection container or directly to the conveyor system.

LINEAR BRIDGE SCRAPERS
They are used in rectangular cross-section pools and can be grouped in different ways. The linear scrapers used to convey the solid material that settles in the pools to the suction chamber located in the center, transmit the wastes accumulated on the surface to a chamber it contains. This type of scrapers are mostly preferred as sand and oil holders from the pre-treatment plant.
PENSTOCK
The penstock used to control the flow in the penstock are designed according to the dimensions of the duct structure, thus providing a more flexible and wider usage area. These penstocks are designed to be ducted or wall mounted.
While the hand wheel is sufficient for small cover sizes, the gear box mechanism is used for larger covers and is brought to dimensions suitable for the operator’s hand load.
The tightness of fabricated covers varies depending on the pressure to value and direction of the which the cover will be exposed.
Penstock’s body and chassis thicknesses are determined by water pressure..
ROTARY BRIDGE SCRAPERS
It is manufactured for collecting foam and bottom sludge in circular settling tanks.

STATIC MIXERS
It allows the chemicals dosed in water and wastewater treatment plants to mix with the water. Curved fins are welded to the inside of the tube, reversing the flow for rapid mixing. The added secondary fin layer creates additional overlapping eddies. Static mixers can be used for mixing liquids or they can be used to disperse gas into a liquid.
MIXERS
